Your Board of Directors is planning an annual
meeting of the membership. This would be the voting meeting as required in our bylaws. We would like to hold the meeting on Saturday, August 16th at Milly's Pantry from 12 noon to 2pm. We will be holding elections for a new president and treasurer.
This meeting would be a
casual
potluck (featuring fresh garden produce--what
will you make from your garden?) and social hour, followed by a voting
for the positions that are available on our Board of Directors.
