Just a reminder that there is
another cooking demo courtesy of the good folks at Foodlink on Friday,
August 23 at 2pm, right at the Community Garden. Bring a chair and your
appetite and learn all about the deliciously healthy things you can make
from your own fresh garden produce.
As spring plants are pulled out for the season (and squash plants in our case) there is open garden space that can be used to grow vegetables and herbs for a fall harvest. This is referred to as "succession planting."
